Duane and his staff are a class act! Dylan repaired and restored my A/C System yesterday to a beautiful working condition. Unfortunately, a different component malfunctioned later that day and it stopped working again. I contacted Duane and he and Dylan returned at 7:30pm to restore my service. After troublesooting, they discovered the malfuntioning component. They returned at 8am the next morning with new components and made all necessary repairs. My A/C is now working better than ever. They absolutely went above and beyond normal practice. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the excellent service and professionalism I received.
